Zion National Park

Zion National Park

This year we went to Zion National Park! I’m not quite sure why, but Zion was actually not on the top of my list for destination locations, but it was a national park and it was relatively close, so we decided to go. As always,  I was wrong. Zion is absolutely spectacular! So many Beautiful sites and easy little hikes to do.  It’s fun to just explore with no particular destination in mind.  Beautiful sights, breathtaking mountainscapes, and cute little deer and mountain goats, are all things you’ll see along the way.

Santorini, Greece

Santorini, Greece

When you think of Greece, what comes to mind?  Ancient cities? Whitewashed homes and churches with brightly colored roofs tucked in the hills of its numerous small islands? The deep blue crystal waters of the Aegean and Ionian Seas?  Well, good, you’re on the right track.  But, seriously, that is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to experiencing this place. There is SO much more to this incredible country.  The culture, the people, the food, and let’s not forget that it is the birthplace of Western civilization as we know it today.

Iceland

Iceland

Iceland, a country that is so often described as simply ‘indescribable’.  A land that brings ‘natural beauty’ to an entirely different level due to its stunning environmental contradictions. Seriously, though. In Iceland, volcano and lava meet ice and frozen tundra. How is that even possible? I don’t know the science behind it, but I do know it’s worth seeing.
